Carrier Requirements
- 1,000,000 Commercial Auto Liability Insurance
- Cargo Insurance with a Minimum Cargo Limit of $100,000
- Commercial General Liability Insurance with Minimum Combined Single Limit of $1,000,000
- Workers Compensation Insurance as required by state law or Workers Compensation Waiver
- Safety Rating of Satisfactory or Unrated
- Active Motor Carrier Number and DOT Number (or intrastate permit if necessary)
